MMLOC
MMLOC (Morrowind Mod Load Order Configurator) is a windows application to configure the load order of TESIII: Morrowind modifications (ESP, ESM). Sometimes it is necessary to configure such load order because of dependencies and overrides.
While there are other tools around for managing whole mods, this tool only provides you the ability to arrange the mod load order. Therefore it is very fast and optimized. MMLOC can be controlled completely with keyboard or the mouse only. Drag&Drop is implemented as well.
